Refunds & Returns

At VYRI, we stand behind the quality of the products we curate and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We accept returns on unopened and unused products if a return request is submitted within 15 business days of delivery.

Please note:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Items priced at $10.00 or less are not eligible for return.

• Final sale, promotional, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you promptly.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility.

Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
