Welcome to VYRI (“VYRI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). VYRI operates this website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide a curated wellness shopping experience.

Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to host and operate our ecommerce platform.

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or resale activity.

Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — PRICING, TAXES & BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout where applicable.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from VYRI, including through platforms such as Klaviyo.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time via unsubscribe links or reply instructions. Transactional communications may still be sent.

VYRI advertises and communicates through platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, content moderation decisions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Engagement with our social content is subject to both these Terms and the platform’s own terms and policies.

SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, comments, images, videos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant VYRI a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.

You represent that your User Content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content at our discretion.

SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Our Services may include third-party tools or links. We do not control or endorse these tools and are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services — including branding, text, images, designs, and software — is owned by VYRI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYRI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYRI, Shopify, and our partners from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 17 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice. Obligations and limitations that should survive termination shall do so.

SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which VYRI is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
